We use Australia Post for all Australian deliveries. 

Standard Shipping - $10.00
Express Shipping - $15.00

Free Standard Shipping on orders $100 and over

Depending on your location, estimated arrival is between 5 – 8 business days or sooner depending on your location for delivery via Australia Post. For more information on delivery times and expected delays please visit Australia Post website for more information.

Packing Times may take up to 1-3 business days & may vary during sale promotions & public holidays.

Please note in the event of online sales there may be a minor delay in delivery.

If you have an issue with your order that you need assistance with, it is important you ensure you get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible to avoid issues with your order already being dispatched.

Bobbies Casual Clothing is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit. If you have incorrectly entered the nominated delivery address on your order, please contact us via bobbiescasualclothing@gmail.com within one hour of placing your order to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly. 

Any incorrect addresses which result in a parcel being sent back to us may incur a "return to sender" fee which Australia Post imposes on Bobbies Casual Clothing. Bobbies Casual Clothing is not responsible for any lost parcels which come from the incorrect address being entered at checkout by the customer.
